For birthday parties and baby showers, 2–3 weeks is usually enough. For weddings, bridal showers, and large events, we recommend 6–12 weeks out — especially for spring and fall weekends, which book quickly in Lancaster County. Graduation season (late May and June) fills up 4–6 weeks in advance. When in doubt, call early and we'll tell you what's available.
Yes, we require a deposit to hold your date and begin designing your installation. The deposit amount depends on the scope of the event. The balance is due on or before the event date. We'll walk through all of this when we put your quote together.
Yes — always. Delivery, installation, and teardown are included in every installation we do. We arrive before your guests, install everything, and make sure it looks right before we leave. We return at the end of the event for teardown. You don't touch a thing.
A standard arch or garland installation takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours on-site. For larger or multi-piece installations, allow 2–3 hours. We schedule installation to complete before your guests arrive and confirm the timing window with you in advance.
Yes. Outdoor installations require different construction and anchoring than indoor ones, especially for wind and summer heat. We talk through every outdoor installation in advance and design accordingly. We typically recommend installing outdoor balloon decor the day of the event rather than the night before.
Pricing depends on the size, style, and complexity of the installation. As a general range: small party garlands start around $150–$200, standard balloon arches run $250–$400, and larger or more elaborate installations for weddings and events can run $400–$600+. Always. Every installation is designed around your color palette. We carry a wide range of latex colors and can source specialty balloons — mattes, chromes, metallics — for specific palettes. Share your colors or inspiration images when you contact us and we'll design around your vision.
All of our quotes include materials, delivery to your venue, professional installation, and teardown at the end of the event. We don't charge separately for delivery or setup within our service area. Custom add-ons like floral accents, dried pampas, or specialty balloons may add to the base price — we'll always discuss these upfront.
We serve all of Lancaster County, including Lancaster city, Lititz, Ephrata, Manheim, Mount Joy, Elizabethtown, Strasburg, Columbia, and Millersville. We also service events in York, Harrisburg, and Lebanon for larger events. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 30 miles from Lancaster. Call us and we'll confirm whether we cover your venue.
