A Lancaster Original, Born From a Love of Beautiful Events

Lancaster Float Company started the same way most small businesses do — someone had a passion, friends and family kept asking for help, and eventually it became something real. We've been creating custom balloon installations across Lancaster County for several years now, and every event still feels as exciting as the first one.

We're a small, locally owned operation. That means you work directly with the person creating your installation, not a call center or a booking platform. We care about how your event turns out because we're your neighbor, not a franchise.

Lancaster has a wonderful event scene — from barn weddings in Lititz and Ephrata to corporate gatherings in downtown Lancaster and backyard parties in Millersville and Mount Joy. We know this community and we love being a part of your celebrations.

All of our packages include design consultation, balloon materials, delivery, professional installation, and teardown after your event. We don't charge separately for setup or removal — that's built into the quote. We'll give you a full itemized quote before you commit to anything.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Yes, always. We arrive before your guests do, set everything up, and return at the end of your event to take everything down. You don't have to worry about a thing. Just enjoy your event and we'll handle the rest.
Can I customize colors and styles?
Absolutely — that's the whole point. Every installation is custom built for your event. We work with your color palette, theme, venue, and style preferences. If you have inspiration photos from Instagram or Pinterest, send them along and we'll work from those. No templates here.
